OISHI SNACKTACULAR 2019:
A nostalgic and timeless feeling

Oishi has always been close to the hearts of Filipinos. A brand of timeless quality products that has genuine appreciation shown by it's consumers from one generation to another. I've personally grown with it ever since I was a kid. From my baon of Pillows in grade school, personal favorite Ridges in high school, Prawn Crackers during summer vacations, Smart C⁺ during college review, and Marty's Cracklin' on inuman sessions. "Classic" as we deem it because you can never leave out Oishi in every event of our lives.
Oishii in Japanese literally means "delicious"
I guess that's why they always meet our expectations!
So, this year's Snacktacular event by Oishi, although initially was supposed to be held last year around sept 2018, came with much anticipation and excitement.
Fan favorites making a comeback from last year were their sections for Snack Shack and Snack Catcher. A new addition however caught everyone's interest where you will literally Fish for Chips! Guests can take home their seafood-flavored snacks include Fishda, Kirei, and Oishi's newest shrimp snack, Shripon.
While heading out to Snack Catcher, crispy patata endorser Alex Gonzaga came in and performed her popular chambe dance during Day 1 and toured the booths with host Sam Purvor. I even got the chance to take a video with her!
So, back on to the booths....
NEXT UP IS THE SNACK CATCHER: Experience being a human claw crane and snatch as many goodies you can in a pool of Oishi snacks. Plan ahead of time on your strategy because this game would seriously need a lot of coordination and body control.
After a going around, drop by at Oishi O-Chill to get some much needed refreshments after giving your best on each booths they have. You could choose between Smart C⁺ Lemon Squeeze + Yakult, Mais Con Oaties (a bit sweet), and Hi Coffee Latte + Coffee Jelly.
Lastly, Guests also had the chance to bring home Snacktacular merchandise like cute oishi friends plushies, cool t-shirts and comic-inspired tote bags at the Shoptacular section.
All in all, we had a wonderful and spectacular time during the event. We went home completely satisfied with all the Oishi snack goodness we won -- another memorable Snacktacular event for everyone! Now, who's excited for next year?

You would really need to exert a bit of upper body strength to haul in your chips faster
